If you require, an independent consultation following a road traffic accident, we offer 2 types of consultations so you can choose the option that best fits your needs:

35-minute private consultation – perfect for a one-off chat about your situation to get clear, bespoke advice. (e.g you have unresolved dispute with an insurer and not sure what to do when they act unreasonably or you might have questions regarding liability, and/or to get an opinion on your diminished value claim). 

60-minute consultation – ideal if your case is complex.
Whatever your circumstances, we’ll take the time to listen and provide practical guidance tailored to you.

AFter - accident support package

£600

Only applies for Green Card insurance holders - drivers of Ukraine or other non - UK registered vehicles involving into a non - fault accident in the UK. Fee covers after - accident support package which includes:

  • 1 hour consultation by phone in your native language

  • assistance in drafting professional Letter of Claim to the responsible insurer reflecting your evidence.

  • 2 calls to responsible party

  • vehicle diminished value appraisal to maximize your non-fault claim ( basic appraisal ) or

  • in case of a total loss, we will evaluate true and accurate market value of your vehicle (pre-loss) to avoid unfair settlement figure offers by responsible insurer

  • premium customer service - we will aim to answer all your requests within 3 hours during business hours; you will also have a direct access to your dedicated advisor via messenger

  • support in repairing your vehicle, we can provide solutions for standard and prestige cars

  • assistance in getting compensation for other losses. (e.g. distress and inconvenience if eligible )

    *vehicle inspection may be required and it can be added to the package by request, however, is subject to an additional charge

Fee for the package must be paid upfront to start assisting with your claim. Fee is non-refundable.
Alternatively, you may book a 60-minute consultation to have your RTA assessed first. If you decide to proceed further, the rest of the package can be ordered by paying the remaining £410 after the assessment of your RTA.
